Inaugural Div 1 captain and also served on the Board for the club's early years. Solid top order bat who can lay the foundation for big team scores, and fills in with the gloves when needed. Hit a club record 113 in 2022.

Stylish top order bat who has played some key knocks over the years., Did a great job as Div 2 skipper in 2021-22 taking the team to the Final both years. Safe hands anywhere in the field.

One of the founding board members and the wicket-keeper in our first ever game, Lee returns to the fold in 2024 after a couple of years out. Still has brilliant hands behind the stumps and hard-hitting power in front of them.

Right Arm Off Spin, Right Hand Bat

Club president since Day 1, and was Div 1 captain in 2022 when the team won both T20 and 40 Overs. His accurate spin takes regular wickets at a cheap rate, and has knack of scoring the winning runs of the last ball of a chase.

An opening bat capable of hitting the ball a long way, when Grant gets his eye in it usually leads to a match winning score. A great season in 2020, including a ton vs Avengers, was fundamental to our Div 1 success that year.

Solid keeper who was key to our 2020 Div 1 triumph. Punishes any width from bowlers with cuts and cover drives. Has played a key role in the club's early years as secretary. Captains our new Div 4 team in 2024, after taking Div 3 to the playoffs last year.

One of our biggest stars, played a huge role in our 2020 and 2022 Div 1 titles, and will take on the captaincy in 2024. Quick runs at the death have got us over the line often, and accurate darts off one step have earned our first 5 wicket haul and hat-trick.

One of the elite bowlers in Nova Scotia, he takes economical wickets at the start and end of an innings. Rarely seen with the bat these days, but can hit valuable lower order runs, also owns a safe pair of hands and deadly arm in the ring.

Ajay generates good pace from a long run-up, and has developed into a key member of the Div 1 bowling attack. A score of 57 in 2020 remains a highlight with the bat. Energetic in the field and has taken some great catches.

Does it all, batting anywhere from open to middle order, bowling his leg spin at any stage of the innings, and taking catches for fun. Season MVP in our 2020 Div 1 title win, and played a big role in all team success since then.

Hiren's economical left arm spin has been key in restricting runs through the middle overs. With the bat, he is equally adept at power hitting late or rebuilding a faltering innings. Big part of the 2023 Div 2 championship team.

Rejoined the club in 2021 having earlier been part of Halifax Blue's 2018 Div 2 title. Has been a consistent performer at the top of the Div 3 order since then.

Jaideep played a key role in our Div 2 team making the final in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, injury saw him make a late season return to Div 3 where he was instrumental. Generates pace and swing with the new ball, and a hard hitting bat in the lower middle order.

Accurate medium pacer who can swing the ball, take early wickets if given the new ball while also being able to tie the runs down later in the innings. Showed his batting ability too when given chances higher up the order.

Kevin has been a wicket taking machine, mostly in Div 2, with his accurate form of leg-spin. He has also contributed valuable runs all over the order, and even kept wicket on occasion. His return in 2024 is a big boost to the club.

Breakout season in 2022, becoming a full time Div 1 player and ending the year with 25 wickets with his accurate medium pace. When the chance arises, can score quick runs too down the order. Continued his wicket-taking form in 2023.

His experience and all-round skill helped us win Div 1 in 2022, and then took the reins of Div 2 in 2023 and took us to the promised land. Canny medium pace and explosive hitting in the powerplay or death overs. Also explosive when manning the BBQ!

Consistent batsman for Div 3 since joining us, solid with power when needed, and has stepped up to the vice-captaincy in 2024. Works hard on his game and is always at the ground supporting the club when not playing.

Aggressive batsman who loves hitting sixes over long on, Nisarg has hit a lot of runs at Div 3 level. Stepped up to full time Div 2 duty in 2023 becoming a key member of the top order in addition to being a catching machine in the deep.

Raj quickly became a core member of our Div 3 team since joining in 2021, contributing with his big hitting in the lower middle order and accurate medium pace that slows the opposition scoring rate.

Nihar had a great first season in 2022, his big turning leg breaks resulting in him being the leagues leading wicket-taker in Div 2. Backed it up again in 2023 with another bag of wickets. Handy batsman too, especially when the team requires a stabilizing force.

Revant is a key member of our Div 2 team, always bowling tight overs in the powerplay and unlucky not to pick up more wickets. Another lower order bat who can score when the team needs it. Big part of our 2023 Div 2 win. Has joined the club board for 2024.

A habitual winner, followed his championships with Titans (2019) and Avengers (2021) with wins for us in Div 1 (2022) and Div 2 (2023). Easily the best gloveman in the league in Div 2, and has played many vital knocks with the bat.

Our regular keeper in Div 3 since joining in 2022, his glovework has steadily improved with each game. Batting also took a bit leap forward in 2023, winning the batting award and having multiple good scores.

Subhankar was a big improver with the bat in 2023. Made the most of his opportunities to bat in the Div 3 top order and made some decent scores.

Tommy improved rapidly in 2023. Gained a lot of extra pace, which troubled opposition bats in Div 3. Also given more opportunity with the bat and showed great skill and poise a number of times. Exciting to see this 16 year old progress up the levels.

Former provincial captain and one of the league's top bats, Antony has been a run machine in his two years at the club. Has dominated the 30 over format with 3 scores in the high 90s. His useful medium pace saw more action last year too.

Arslan provides s a wealth of experience as a former provincial captain. Remains the premier keeper in the league and a solid all-round bat anywhere in the top order.

Rudy has won championships in both his seasons at the Cannons, in Div 1 in 2022 and then being the league's leading run scorer as a big part of our 2023 Div 2 success. Hard hitting top order bat and occasionally used as a surprise bowler.

Danish is a powerful striker of the ball, and had a great end to his first season with Cannons in 2022 scoring quickfire 50s in both the 40 over and T20 Div 1 final wins.

Satnam burst onto the HCL season in 2023 with some amazing power hitting for us, the highlight being 72 off 38 in the Deo Cup. Also happens to be one of the quickest bowlers in the league, and a top level outfielder too. Our Div 1 vice-captain in 2024.

Having been a dominant force in Div 2 for many years, Priyank joined is in 2023 and got the chance to be a full time Div 1 player. An unbeaten 72 against Avengers showed what he is capable of, and we hope to see more of that this season.

Had a great first year at the club, winning our Div 3 MVP award and helping us qualify for the semi final. Already has a couple of match winning knocks for us, and his leg spin took a big leap forward last year. Captains our Div 3 team in 2024.

Immediately became a key member of our Div 3 team in 2023, his off spin regularly bamboozling opposition lineups. Also managed some useful runs in the lower order, and is one of the better fielders at that level. Will easily handle higher levels if a spot opens up.

A great addition to our Div 2 bowling attack in 2023. Capable of swinging the ball at pace, he would often have top orders in trouble. This played a big part in our 2023 Div 2 win. Can hit well late in an innings too.
